| Just a thought, wondering if anyone has any glaring objections to an 18+ section of the forums? It would be made a new forum category and only members in an 18+ group could see it. As proof to gain access to said group I would need them to have an account on a site like FurAffinity and need proof the account they say is theirs truly is, by noting that account on FurAffinity and asking. :] _________________

Yes, the section would have a general chat area, a furry chat area, a small RP section, an art section and a fiction section. _________________

Yeh, there is always that =/ Though it still has to follow rules and will be moderated. Good idea too *changes to mature* _________________

I think a mature forum section is only necessary if you expect to have members who want to do... um, let's say "the kinds of stuff you'd do in such a section". I personally don't know any such people on this forum, but I could likely be wrong. Just my opinion. (Random, slightly on topic: I'll be 18 in October!)

I'd say go for it but unfortunately its the under 18 group that maybe doing "it" more frequently then over 18 due to maturity etc but still those people will be coming here interested in this stuff and will like the freedom, but advertising it will be the Most biggest problem as you know for eg Bs advertisement for this Area will be off limits. Only the other sites like Furr Affanity and Deviant Art will be available. and second keeping the area under control will be another problem. You will need a lot of moderation help for it. You know how people get. Wish you good luck with this area ^^

I instead poked around other places that allowed "mature" talks or had a Mature section. Not very encouraging. It was all pr0nz or major flames. Instead the rules will be not so tight, as in BaltoSource. Instead, basically, if you wouldn't see it on The Simpsons - It's not allowed here. Much simpler and less of a chance of it ending up like other places. _________________
